Compression Garments
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the patient to purchase the compressive garment required for your procedure. Prices may vary than those that are shown. We advise you to avoid anything with built in ribbing or zippers if possible as they can cause irritation, skin necrosis, wound breakdown, and other issues. If you’re unsure about size – get a few different ones and return what you don’t use.
Brachioplasty (Arm Reduction) / Liposuction – Arms
Choose one of the two garments listed below. These need to squeeze your upper arm. You will wear this garment for 4-6 weeks on average, though some patients require them for varying periods of time.
You will need to bring this garment with you the day after surgery to your post-op appointment.

Nike Pro Adult Dri-FIT 3.0 Arm Sleeves
(Full arm compression sleeve)
$22 Dick’s Sporting Goods

T-1105 Arm Compression Sleeves
(Fits like a shrug with additional closure in back)
Medicointernational.com $45
Breast Reduction / Mastopexy (Breast Lift)
You will be given a light compression bra from the hospital; however, this will not be enough compression on a go forward. You will need a supportive, high impact, sports bra that sits low on the chest wall to avoid rubbing against incisions. We recommend one that zips in the front as it will be easier to put on.
You will be in this garment for 4-6 weeks approximately. Bring it with you to your post-op appointment.

Armour Eclipse High Zip
$59.99 Under Armour
(Prices may vary depending on size)
Abdominoplasty/Lower Body Lift
You will be discharged from the facility with an abdominal binder; however, you may want to purchase a girdle/spanx type garment for better support once the drain is removed. This will apply pressure to the mons area that will have some swelling due to lack of compression. Will be worn 4-6 weeks, typically.

12” Standard Abdominal Binder
Prices range $18.62 – $22.67

Optional: Additional binders should measure 12” from top to bottom and come from below the bust and sit low on the hips. Useful for when your other binder is dirty.
Liposuction Mons, Abdomen, Hips, Flanks, And Saddle Bags
You may be given an abdominal binder or wrapped with ace wraps when you leave the hospital; however, at your one-day post-op appointment you will need to switch to this girdle/spanx type garment for better compression. You will need to bring this garment with you to your one-day post-op appointment to be used. You should purchase the long leg with high waist reaching to just below the breast area. You will be wearing this garment approximately 4 weeks.
